PUBLICATIONS/ Introducing Geoenergy

Geoenergy is a new co-owned journal of the Geological Society and the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE), launching in January 2023. It will focus on publication of timely and topical research in subsurface geoscience, critical for this new era of sustainable energy. Geoenergy will act as a ‘sister’ journal to Petroleum Geoscience, which will continue to be a home for oil and gas subsurface research.

Key themes of Geoenergy will include: carbon capture and storage, energy storage, geothermal energy, hydrogen energy and critical minerals.

Geoenergy is now open for submissions, submit your paper
